Our returns policy

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, you may return them within 30 days of receipt to the following address:

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Alternatively, you may contact us by email at team@playpresstoys.com.

Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
